NUMBER ONE IN DARLINGTON!

Number One Classic Bar and Coffee House has opened its doors in the heart of Darlington Town Centre. Formerly the Lloyds Bank on the corner of Skinnergate and Coniscliffe Road, this imposing Grade II Listed building has been transformed on the ground floor into an exciting venue by three Darlington born entrepreneurs and ex Longfield School friends, David Pearson, Paul Pearson and Paul Lefevre who have invested £500,000 into their dream venture. The Pearson brothers also co-own OneGym in Bishop Auckland, Newton Aycliffe, Redcar, and as of early January 2017 - Ingleby Barwick. Paul and David are also involved in property development in both residential and commercial sectors. Paul Lefevre is a Company Director in the finance industry owning Happy Brokers, an award winning finance brokerage providing residential and commercial business finance throughout the UK. Carver Commercial Chartered Surveyors in Darlington concluded the lease deal on behalf of their client The Gregory Property Group. Julie Wallin, Director Said "The building is in a very prominent location which is becoming the most popular area for day and evening leisure pursuits.  The transformation of the premises is a credit to the Partners' vision, enthusiasm and confidence in Darlington.  Each of them have successful business operations in their own right and they have created a great asset for the town centre. We wish them every success."
